Achievements : Holds the record for being the first man to be designated as Sports Editor in Malayalam Journalism. University first Rank in MA. Won Motilal Nehru gold medal for being the topper in MA Second place winner in Kadhakali in University Youth festival of undivided Kerala university.
Awards : Inter-national award for sports reporting based on the reports of Beijing Asian Games, China 1990. Award instituted by Asian Games organizing committee and Asian Sports Journalists Association. Honored by Kaliyarangu, Kottayam for the contributions to promote Kadhakali and other classical art forms. Honored by Bhagavatha Hamsam Malliyoor Sankaran Nampoothiry for ghost writing Ramayanam analysis in his name. Honored by Yogakhema Sabha as the Great Achiever in one`s own field of work.
Major assignments: Sydney Olympics, 2000 Asian Games Beijing, China , 1990. Asian games New Delhi 1982. SAF Games Kolkatha India -Pakistan cricket series in Pakistan 1997. Sharjah cup cricket 2002. Visited Sharjah and Dubai on invitation from Shaik AbduRahman Bukhathir, the owner of TEN Sports channel. Attended world sports editors work shop on football reporting held in Kwalalumpur Malaysia 2006.

മികച്ച സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനുള്ള ആറാമത് റവ:ഫാ:എമ്മാനുവല്‍ വെട്ടുവഴിയില്‍ മെമ്മോറിയല്‍ അവാര്‍ഡ് - 2009 കുറിച്ചിത്താനം സെന്റ്. തോമസ് സ്വാശ്രയ സംഘം സ്ഥാപകന്‍ ശ്രീ. ജോയി പുളിയ്ക്കലിന് ലഭിച്ചു. പതിനായിരത്തിയൊന്ന് രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും അടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് അവാര്‍ഡ്.
മരങ്ങാട്ടുപിള്ളി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ മികച്ച കര്‍ഷകനുള്ള അവാര്‍ഡ് - 2009 ല്‍ ശ്രീ. ജോയി പുളിയ്ക്കലിന് ലഭിച്ചു.

സമസ്യ, പതനം, സമാവര്‍ത്തനം, സോപാനം, സമന്വയം, അയനം തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് പ്രധാന നാടകങ്ങള്‍. ആദ്യ നാടകത്തിന് 1970 ല്‍ വിക്രമന്‍ നായര്‍ ട്രോഫി 75 ല്‍ നാടക കൃതിക്കുള്ള കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാര്‍ഡ്, 2002 ല്‍ സംഗീത നാടകഅക്കാദമി അവാര്‍ഡും ശക്തി അവാര്‍ഡും ലഭിച്ചു. ഏറ്റവും നല്ല പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ നാടകത്തിനുള്ള സംസ്ഥാനഅവാര്‍ഡ് (2 തവണ) സംവിധായകനുള്ള സംസ്ഥാന അവാര്‍ഡ് എന്നിവയും ലഭിച്ചു. ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര പുരസ് കാരം നേടിയ 'യാഗം' എന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ തിരക്കഥാകൃത്ത്. മൂന്നു ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിലെ ഗാനരചന. നൂറനാട് ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍, വടകര സെന്റ് ജോണ്‍സ് ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍, കുറിച്ചിത്താനം ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍, ഫാക്ട് ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ ജോലി.

FACILITIES
Computer Lab
A well equipped Computer lab with broad band internet connectivity provides opportunities for the students to enrich computer Knowledge. It is equipped with high-end computers and a team of highly qualified staff, making the computer department most effective.
Library
The School has a spacious well stocked library that caters to the children's need for reading and references and it is here that the children come in contact with the different authors and updated sources of information.A collection of books in different categories - Computer Science, Applied Science, Hindi, Malayalam, History and Geography are available. Both students and faculty members copiously use the library convenience.
Sree Krishna Classic Theater
The Classic theater inaugurated in October 2012 that givers the student the opportunity to extend their skills in drama. There will be a drama in every year from the selected class. The primary focus of a theater class involves education in the subject matter designated for the particular course, which might include various acting and directing activities, technical theater and design, play writing, or an introduction to theater experience, among other possibilities.
Student Police Cadet
The “Student Police Cadets” is a voluntary student organization which blends the patriotic discipline of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) with the nation-building social commitment of the National Service Scheme (NSS). The mission of the SPC project is to train high school students to be responsible and socially committed individuals, willing and able to selflessly serve their community. The larger aim is to enable young minds to evolve from the narrow perspective of civic duty to a wider understanding of responsible citizenship, thereby creating a law-abiding society not due to fear of police or other Government agency, but as the rational outcome of civilized behaviour. The goals of the SPC project are synchronous with Government of India’s National Youth Policy, which aims at motivating youth to be active and committed participants in the task of National Development.
